Responsibility for errors
brunoandfriends.se is not responsible for errors or product liability and is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, additional costs and extra work in connection with the use of the sold goods. In relation to the consumer / private person, the Consumer Sales Act applies mutatis mutandis.
Ordering via the Internet
In the case of orders placed via the Internet, purchases are only valid after a written confirmation has been received by e-mail. In case of any uncertainties, brunoandfriends.se reserves the right to contact the customer by phone or e-mail to confirm the ordered goods. The prices shown in the online shop are only valid for orders placed via the Internet.
Payment is made by Invoice, Postal Advance or Prepayment.
Your Member Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. brunoandfriends.se reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or delete orders.
If you do not pick up the ordered goods, we will have to charge you for return freight, shipping costs, handling costs and any collection costs. This amount is currently 350 SEK.
When you visit us or send us e-mail, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting information on this website.
We reserve the right to make printing errors, errors in information and errors in the specification of all products and services in our range. All pictorial information on our pages should be regarded as illustrations, and brunoandfriends.se cannot guarantee that the picture reflects the exact appearance and nature of the goods.
Delivery is usually within 1-2 days packages sent by DHL or with the Post Office's letter service. Should there be a delay in the delivery of ordered goods, the customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
Prepayment is only sent once we have registered your payment, which normally takes 2-3 days after payment has been made.
We reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel a confirmed order in the event of an obvious error in the pricing of the goods due to a typographical error.
According to the Consumer Sales Act, private individuals have a two (2) year right to complain, regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. If the complaint is made after the expiry of the guarantee period, the buyer must prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Damaged goods are reported immediately to our customer service and to the place where you picked up your goods. In case of damage, the customer must save the address label of the goods in order to give us the current parcel number. This is necessary for us to be able to replace the broken goods.
